For flat tummy you might have to do lot of ab workouts crunches hope this helped.

For snack you will lose it is hard but 15 lbs takes some work and strict diet good luck.

For overall body health but you look at dr andrew weil he is bit rotund you stay on stationary bike will burn off the morning on sunday and exercise know you stay.
