How do I get flat abs?

I am trying to get flat abs. I get two hours of exercise at football everyday and then later at home I do extra ab exercises such as bicycle crunches and situps. Also I hardly eat any fat and watch everything I eat but still no results. What should I do?

Is it possible that standing still helps you lose weight? How To Make Your Tummy Flat?

I am trying to lose weight (I’m not overweight or anything, I want a more flat tummy, though), and my friend told me two studies proved that standing absolutely still for 15 min. a day helps you lose up to 15 pounds in 2 months, or something like that. Is this true?
