Can I gain 20 lbs and still have a flat tummy?

angel asked:

hi..I am 44..had a baby at 41..always worked out..I am lean and have a lot of muscle . I work out with 5 days a week..My question is if I gained 10 lbs..and added some fat on my body, could I still have a flat tummy..and would this fat giggle? I am 5ft3in..105 right now.
I meant 20lbs..or should I go just 10..or none at all..I just think I need some fat on my body ..to add more of a womanly figure.

it depends on your level of body fat. one of my ex’s is 5′3 and 160 lbs and maintains a 6-pack but her body fat goes no higher than 14% year round.

My gosh you work out with if thats not enough go to 1020 will be pushing it but if you 44 had baby and still weigh 105 wow congradulations for staying so healthy anyway for staying so healthy anyway for your frame pounds may make good difference start out.

your lucky to be that skinny!! I’d start with 10lbs and see how you feel, sometime gaining weight can have adverse affects…like fatigue and such…take it slow and just see how you feel. You can always take it off again if you want too!

Okay listen you have to ingest foods with empty calories And a whole lot of them! (around at least 1300)
intake less carbs like are already doing, apparently!
You must lift light weight with a lot of Reps
Example: Arm curls=30 reps in each arm (10lbs) 4 sets!
    then increase every week 5-10lbs
    Eat natural proteins and greens
Run at least 4 miles a day (military style!)
If you noticed they have a thick solid structure with a flat stomach…….
